Shop FAQ

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! This is our Philippine shop. If you have an order bound for another country, please head over to our international shop.

For domestic orders, yes, we ship to all provinces!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Head over to our international shop to see what we can ship overseas.

What are your payment options?

You can pay via the following methods:

  • BPI bank deposit / transfer
  • BDO bank deposit / transfer
  • GCash
  • Paypal

For bank deposit and GCash methods, account details are provided upon submitting your order. Please provide a photo or screenshot of your transfer or deposit receipt after paying to facilitate processing of your order.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, but we show up periodically in events and fairs around the Philippine metro and sometimes beyond! Follow us on InstagramFacebook, or Twitter to keep updated regarding our whereabouts and snagging your goods sans shipping rates (as well as other things, too!)

When will I receive my order?

For important updates regarding COVID-19 impact on our fulfillment and shipping estimates, please check here.

For in-stock items: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment for most in-stock items. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed during the next business day.

For made-to-order items: Made-to-order items have an additional 3-5 days crafting time upon receipt of payment. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be crafted starting the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Do you accept bulk or customized orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for our notebooks, both folios and tomes. Check out our Build A Tome page to get an idea of what we can do for tomes, but we can do even more. Contact us to find out more!

We are also open to resellers.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately using this contact form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it.

Unfortunately, if the merchandise has already been dispatched, we are unable to modify your order.

Product FAQ - Character Notebooks

What kind of paper do you use for the notebooks?

All our notebook products are printed on smooth, calligraphy- and fountain-pen-friendly 170gsm paper. We take our paper seriously!

How well does the paper stand up to erasures?

As long as you use non-abrasive erasers, the paper should stand up very well against multiple erasures, though possibly with some residual staining.

Product FAQ - Terrain Coasters

What are the dimensions of your coasters?

Each coaster is 4 x 4 inches, and 1/4 inch thick.

Can I write on the coasters with my marker?

You can, but unfortunately the ink won't wipe or wash off!

Can I wash the coasters?

Yes, you can wash them with water and mild soap and hang them out to dry.
